Board of Jyothy Laboratories recommends Bonus Issue
In the ratio of 1:1
The board of Jyothy Laboratories at the meeting held on 16 March 2018 has recommended issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of (1:1) i.e. 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. I/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. I/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date that may be decided by the Key Managerial Personnel, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
