The stock hit a high of Rs 474.70 and a low of Rs 461 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 650 on 19 August 2015. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 445.30 on 17 February 2016. The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 26 April 2016, rising 1.83% compared with Sensex's 2.64% rise. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, dropping 1.55% as against Sensex's 6.21% rise.

Agro Tech Foods said that the board of directors of the company have recommended dividend of Rs 2 per share for the year ended 31 March 2016 (FY 2016).
