The result was announced after market hours on Friday, 13 November 2015.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 84.66 points, or -0.33%, to 25,525.82.

On BSE, so far 29,493 shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 90,336 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 259 and a low of Rs 250.65 so far during the day. The stock hit a record high of Rs 297 on 5 October 2015. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 165.15 on 12 June 2015.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 13 November 2015, falling 7.7% compared with 4.6% fall in the Sensex. The scrip had, however, outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 16.92% as against Sensex's 7.04% decline.
