The company announced the results after market hours on Wednesday, 25 January 2012.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 81.41 points, or 0.48% to 17,077.18.
On BSE, 62,000 shares were traded in the counter as against an
average daily volume of 21,995 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 55.40 and a low of Rs 45.55 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record low of Rs 30.10 on 23 November 2011. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 82.20 on 25 January 2011.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 25 January 2012, surging 28.71% compared with Sensex's 8.5% rise. The scrip had also outperformed the market over the past one quarter, rising 16.43% as against Sensex's 1.03% fall.
The small-cap IT company has an equity capital of Rs 10.05 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
