The company announced the results after market hours on Monday, 24 October 2011.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 80.52 points, or 0.48% to 17,019.80.

On BSE, 34,616 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 31,141 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 43.90 and a low of Rs 40 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 119.95 on 25 October 2010. The stock had hit an all-time low of Rs 32.70 on 22 August 2011.

The small-cap stock outperformed the market over the past one month till 24 October 2011, rising 11.24% compared with the Sensex's 4.81% return. The stock had, however, underperformed the market in past one quarter, sliding 23.86% as against 9.52% decline in the Sensex.

The company's equity capital is Rs 10.05 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
