The stock hit a high of Rs 1118 and a low of Rs 1080.05 so far during the day.
On a consolidated basis, ICRA's net profit declined 10.1% to Rs 48.10 crore on 18.9% increase in net sales to Rs 193.03 crore in the year ended March 2011 over the year ended March 2010.
At the time of announcing Q4 results, the board of directors of the company recommended a dividend of Rs 17 for the year ended March 2011.
