The company declared its results during trading hours today, 27 April 2011.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 86.35 points, or 0.44%, to 19,459.

The stock hit a high of Rs 43.50 and a low of Rs 40.60 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 52 on 10 November 2010 and a 52-week low of Rs 34.67 on 26 November 2010.

The small-cap stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 26 April 2011, rising 12.83% compared with the Sensex's return of 3.88%. The stock had underperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 3.94% as against Sensex's return of 3.04%.

At the time of announcing Q4 results, the board of directors of the company recommended a dividend of 50 paise per share for the year ended March 2011.
