The company declared its results during trading hours today, 15 October 2010.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 168.56 points, or 0.82% at 20,329.08.

On BSE, 2.99 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 2.63 lakh shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 51.30 and a low of Rs 48.30 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 64.95 on 5 April 2010 and a 52-week low of Rs 33.10 on 3 November 2009.

The mid-cap stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 14 October 2010, falling 2.14% compared with the Sensex's return of 5.95%. It had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 2.65% as against 14.27% rise in the Sensex.

The company has an equity capital of Rs 226.62 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
