Revenue from operations stood at Rs 779.20 crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 19% on YoY basis.
Total income jumped 19.34% YoY to Rs 789.97 crore during the quarter.
Profit before tax in Q2 FY24 was at Rs 47.91 crore in the September quarter, down 23.5% as against Rs 62.63 crore recorded in Q2 FY23.
EBITDA reduced by 2.31% to Rs 135.1 crore in Q2 FY24 as compared with Rs 138.3 crore in Q2 FY23. EBITDA margin declined to 17.1% in Q2 FY24 as against 20.9% registered in the same period a year ago.
The company's revenue from cable TV business stood at Rs 633.69 crore (up 21.29% YoY) and Internet service was at Rs 131.77 crore (up 10% YoY) during the period under review.
The firm's digital cable TV revenue grew by 17% YoY to Rs 322.6 crore in Q2 FY24. Active subscribers stood at 9.40 million, increased by 800,000 YoY in the second quarter of FY24. Subscription revenue increased by 16% YoY during the quarter.
Revenue from broadband stood at Rs 131.7 crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 10% YoY. During Q2 FY24, the company's broadband subscribers increased by 14% to 120,000. As on 30 September 2023, Homepass stood at 5.55 million, an addition of 550,000 YoY.
The broadband average revenue per user (ARPU) stood at Rs 460 per month per subscriber. Average data consumption per user per month was at 310 GB, 25% increase YoY.

Shares of GTPL Hathway declined 1.62% to end at Rs 179.10 on Friday, 13 October 2023.
