The proposed expansion at its Reengus plant will increase the annual capacity by up to 5,000 KMS (Kilometers) of cables and speciality conductors depending upon their specifications. It will require investment up to Rs 25 crore, excluding land.
As the company manufactures different variety of cables, the plant capacity varies depending upon the product specifications. Given this, management estimates that upto 20,000 KMS of various HT (high tension), LT (Low Tension) cables and speciality conductors can be produced annually at its Reengus plant.
Given that machine usage is fungible for different variety of cables, management estimates that the plant is operating at approximately 80% of its optimum capacity.
The said expansion is expected to be completed in FY 2023-2024.
Further, the company has entered into agreement for purchasing land admeasuring 25,091.00 sq. meters situated at SKS Industrial Area, Reengus, Tehsil Shree Madhopur, District, Sikar from Shiv Kripa Pipes (SKPP).

The company's standalone net profit jumped 58.7% to Rs 11.38 crore on 14.7% increase in net sales to Rs 181.27 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.
