Saurabh Taneja is a chartered accountant with 21 years of work experience with Fortune 100 companies and Big 4 consulting firm. In his last stint at TATA Boeing Aerospace, Taneja was member of executive management team and designated as CFO where he was responsible for delivering the strategic and operational imperatives of the joint venture.
Further, the company's board also approved the appointment of Ashay Shah, as senior management personnel and head – LMD & strategy with effect from 1 October 2023.
Shah is a gold medalist from IIM Ahmedabad, and an engineering graduate of IIT Bombay with over nine years of work experience. He has been associated with the Mahindra Group for over five years, in various capacities in group strategy, group FP&A, and the chairman's office.

The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 8.55 crore in Q1 FY24 as against a net profit of Rs 13.52 crore in Q1 FY23. However, net sales rose 7.8% YoY to Rs 1,293.22 crore in Q1 FY24.
The scrip rose 0.23% to currently trade at Rs 390.90 on the BSE.
