Divgi Torqtransfer Systems is one of the leading players supplying transfer case systems to automotive OEMs in India and the largest supplier of transfer case systems to passenger vehicle manufacturers in India.
The company had reported 15.85% rise in net profit to Rs 13.45 crore on a 25.78% increase in sales to Rs 73.34 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Q4 FY22.
The scrip had lost 0.85% to end at Rs 890.90 on the BSE yesterday.
