Kellton Tech Solutions, an IT solutions company, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, UAE. The subsidiary, called Kellton L.L.C-FZ, has an authorized share capital of AED 1,00,000 and is yet to commence business operations.
The business of the subsidiary is in line with the main line of business of the company, which is information technology network services.
Kellton Tech Solutions is a global technology consulting and IT services company that helps businesses of all sizes build disruptive digital solutions. The company has operations across the US, Europe, India, and the Asia-Pacific, and a global team of 1800+ employees.
The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 176.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2023 as against net profit of Rs 18.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2022. Sales rose 15.38% to Rs 242.71 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
Shares of Kellton Tech fell 0.50% to Rs 81.38 on Friday, 28 July 2023.
