Revenue from operations increased 15.05% to Rs 687.10 crore in Q1 FY24 as compared with Rs 597.20 crore in corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax surged 113.84% to Rs 121.29 crore in Q1 FY24 as against Rs 56.72 crore in Q1 FY23.
Total expenses rose 5.24% YoY to Rs 582.75 crore in Q1 FY24. Advertisement & sales promotion expenses stood at Rs 50.41 crore (up 11.92% YoY), employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 75.89 crore ( up 18.71% YoY).
Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 117.4 crore in Q1 FY24, registering the growth of 96.3% as compared with Rs 59.8 crore recorded in same quarter last year.
Revenue from Fabric Care stood at Rs 296.58 crore in Q1 FY24 (up 18.1% YoY). Dishwashing sales stood at Rs 231.52 crore in Q1 FY24 (up 10.61% YoY). Household Insecticides was at Rs 49.35 crore in Q1 FY24 (up 10.08% YoY). Personal care sales stood at Rs 84.10 crore in Q1 FY24 (up 21.11% YoY).
