The company has been allotted industrial land, admeasuring 39,680 square meters at Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, Alwar district, Rajasthan, on long term lease for 99 years and RRWL has taken possession of the said industrial land.
Meanwhile, Epavo Electricals (Epavo) a joint venture subsidiary of RRWL has also been allotted industrial land, admeasuring 20,000 square meters for setting up of manufacturing facility / plant at Industrial Area, Salarpur, Bhiwadi, District – Alwar, Rajasthan, on long term lease for 99 years by RIICO and Epavo has also taken possession of the aforementioned industrial land.

The company's consolidated net profit declined 8.7% to Rs 15.06 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 16.49 crore in Q4 FY22. Net sales jumped 13.7% year on year to Rs 724.41 crore in Q4 FY23.
The scrip rose 0.25% to settle at Rs 279.35 on Friday, 16 June 2023.
