The power generation company said that it has received commissioning certificates from GEDA for a capacity of 3.40 MWdc solar power project and 3 MWdc through its wholly owned subsidiary, KPIG Energia under CPP segment.
The power from the said solar project would be supplied to Pashupati Cotspin (2 MWdc), M.S. Synthetics (1.40 MWdc), General Polytex (2.40 MWdc) and Rushabh Wire Industries LLP (0.60 MWdc).
KPI Green Energy (formerly known as K.P.I. Global Infrastructure) generates and sells solar power under 'Solarism' brand name in India. It develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains solar power plants as an independent power producer and captive power producer.
The company's consolidated net profit surged to Rs 31.78 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 9.86 crore in Q4 FY22. Net sales surged 143.6% year on year to Rs 182.40 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
Shares of KPI Green Energy were down 0.18% to Rs 669.75 on the BSE.
