Dev Information Tech gains as board to mull fund raising on 16 June
|

Dev Information Tehnology rose 2.44% to Rs 132.50 after the firm said that its board will meet on Friday, 16 June 2023 to consider raising funds through preferential issue on a private placement basis, qualified institutions placement, rights issue.

In an exchange filing, the company stated, “Meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 16 June 2023 to, inter alia, consider and evaluate proposals for raising funds by way of issue of bonds/ debentures/ nonconvertible debt instruments/ securities and/or any other instruments/ equity shares/ any other securities including through preferential issue on a private placement basis, qualified institutions placement, rights issue or any other methods or combination.”
Dev Information Technology is a technology solution provider helping companies in their digital transformation from advisory to execution backed by expert applications and infrastructure management.
The company's consolidated net profit surged to Rs 3.32 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 0.21 crore in Q4 FY22. Net sales jumped 40.1% year on year to Rs 44.26 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
