Plutus Wealth Management bought 13.15 lakh shares, or 4.28% equity, in MTAR Technologies at an average price of Rs 1,880.02 per share through bulk deal on Monday, 5 June 2023.
Promoters were the sellers for some of those shares that changed hands. Usha Reddy Chigarapalli, Anitha Reddy Dwaram, and Kavitha Reddy Gangapatnam sold 11.20 lakh shares, or 3.64% equity, in MTAR. Promoters held 46.63% in the company as on 31 March 2023.
Meanwhile, Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 18.82 lakh shares, or 1.69% stake, in La Opala RG at an average price of Rs 399.05 per share through bulk deal on Monday, 5 June 2023. Malabar India Fund was the seller of the block.
Malabar India Fund held 2.61% stake as on 31 March 2023.
