Adani Power Ltd gained 5% today to trade at Rs 260.4. The S&P BSE Utilities index is up 1.38% to quote at 2952.09. The index is up 2.87 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Adani Transmission Ltd increased 5% and Adani Green Energy Ltd added 5% on the day. The S&P BSE Utilities index went down 19.54 % over last one year compared to the 14.47% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Adani Power Ltd has added 30.69% over last one month compared to 2.87% gain in S&P BSE Utilities index and 4.17% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 58350 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 10.03 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 432.8 on 22 Aug 2022. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 132.55 on 28 Feb 2023.
