Consoliated profit before tax stood at Rs 370.61 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023, registering a growth of 11.5% from Rs 332.28 crore posted in Q4 FY22.
The logistics solution provider's consolidated net profit increased 11.1% to Rs 1,173.87 crore on 6.7% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 8169.12 crore in the financial year ended March 2023 over the year ended March 2022.
Meanwhile, the board declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the year 2022-23, subject to approval of the shareholders.
CONCOR operates 59 terminals across the country along with two strategic tie-ups. The company's primary operation is to provide inland transportation of containers from ports using rail wagons. The company also manages cold storage chains and warehouses.
The GOI, through the Ministry of Railways, continues to hold a majority stake of 54.8% in the company at the end of March 2023.
Shares of CONCOR declined 1.35% to Rs 623.20 on the BSE.
