Total revenue rose 12.54% to Rs 615.50 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 546.92 crore in Q3 FY22.
Gross margin was at Rs 349 crore in Q4 FY23 as against Rs 282 crore in Q4 FY22. EBITDA stood at Rs 143 crore in Q4 FY23, registering the growth of 28.83% as against Rs 111 crore posted in Q4 FY22.
Collections for Q4 FY23 stood at Rs 485 crore.
License linked revenue (License + Platform + AMC) stood at Rs 333 crore in Q4 FY23 (up 18 % YoY ) Out of which revenue from platform for Q4 FY23 was at Rs 114 crore as against Rs 117 crore in Q4 FY22, License revenue was at Rs 113 crore in Q4 FY23 (up 42% YoY), AMC revenue stood at Rs 106 crore in Q4 FY23 (up 25% YoY ).
On full year basis, the company's consolidated net profit declined 23.4% to Rs 267.23 crore despite of 18.8% jump in total revenue to Rs 2,231.25 crore in FY23 over FY22.
During FY23, 42 new customers chose Intellect's Digital stack for their digital transformation. Meanwhile, 43 global financial institutions have transformed their digital journey on Intellect platforms and products.

The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for FY23, subject to approval of shareholders. Further, dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
