The company secured the projects from National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
The project includes “Construction of 4/6 lane bypass for Belagavi City from Km 11.773 (Km. 11 Goa side of NH‐4A) to Km 46.253 (Km. 516 Pune side of NH‐4) (design length 34.480 km.) in the state of Karnataka on HAM Mode Package1.”
The bid cost of project is Rs 897.37 crore. The construction is expected to complete within 912 days from appointed date and the operation period is 15 years from commercial operation date.
Meanwhile, the company has also bagged order for construction of "4 lane with paved shoulders from design Ch. 182.300 to design Ch. 228.500 in Belgaum – Hungund Raichur section of NH‐748A (Ext. SH‐20) in the state of Karnataka on hybrid annuity mode (Package‐5) under NH(O)."
The bid cost of project is Rs 716.47 crore. The project will be completed within 730 days from appointed date and the operation period is 15 years from commercial operation date.

The company's consolidated net profit zoomed to Rs 323.65 crore in the quarter ended December 2022 as against Rs 145.48 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2021. Net sales rose 12.10% YoY to Rs 2,191.88 crore in Q3 FY23.
The scrip slumped 5.41% to Rs 931 on the BSE.
