The project involved six laning of Anandapuram-Pendurthi-Anakapalli section of NH-5 (new NH-16). The project cost was Rs 2,013 crore.
The project's appointed date was 4 January 2019 and the scheduled completion date was 1 July 2021, which was 910th day from the appointed date. The revised scheduled completion date including EOT (extension of time) was 8 November 2021. EOT was granted on account of COVID -19.
Dilip Buildcon said that the provisional completion certificate for the aforementioned project has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on 8 November 2021.
