Biocon Ltd dropped for a fifth straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 381.7, down 2% on the day as on 13:24 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.55% on the day, quoting at 15737.75. The Sensex is at 52551.03, down 0.57%.Biocon Ltd has lost around 5.55% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Pharma index of which Biocon Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 0.65% in last one month and is currently quoting at 14652.55, down 3.39% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 33.62 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 24.74 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark July futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 377.5, down 3.09% on the day. Biocon Ltd tumbled 4.34% in last one year as compared to a 39.27% rally in NIFTY and a 39.76% spurt in the Nifty Pharma index.

The PE of the stock is 208.26 based on TTM earnings ending June 21.
