The volume in the stock stood at 36.1 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 56.42 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark September futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 138.7, down 3.58% on the day. REC Ltd jumped 24.65% in last one year as compared to a 3.47% slide in NIFTY and a 10.53% spurt in the Nifty Financial Services index.

The PE of the stock is 4.88 based on TTM earnings ending June 19.
