South Indian Bank Ltd lost 7.52% to Rs 14.15 at 14:49 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSE's 'A' group.On the BSE, 30.24 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 8.06 lakh shares in the past one month.

Venkys (India) Ltd crashed 5.87% to Rs 1820. The stock was the second biggest loser in 'A' group.On the BSE, 23640 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6451 shares in the past one month.
