SpiceJet Ltd surged 6.78% to Rs 83.5 at 11:48 IST. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 16.59 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12.97 lakh shares in the past one month.

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd soared 6.59% to Rs 7.12. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 50.59 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 84.87 lakh shares in the past one month.

Kwality Ltd advanced 4.79% to Rs 9.19. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 11.12 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 13.91 lakh shares in the past one month.
