Board of Sat Industries decides to acquire shares of Fibcorp Polyweave
At meeting held on 30 January 2018
The Board of Sat Industries at its meeting held on 30 January 2018 has decided to acquire 7,600 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 100/- each at Rs. 375/-per share of Fibcorp Polyweave.
