L T Foods announces closure of QIP issue
On 21 December 2017; Issue prices fixed at Rs 75.20 per share
L T Foods announced the closure of its QIP issue on 21 December 2017. The Company has fixed issue price of Rs 75.20 per equity share for issuance of 5.31 crore equity shares to eligible QIBs.
