The Board of The Byke Hospitality at its meeting held on 05 December 2017 transacted the following business -

The Company announced the acquisition of 3 hotels - The Byke Nature Villas in Shimla, The Byke Puja Samudra in Kovalam and The Byke Brightlands Resort in Matheran.

The Board has taken record of resignation of Neha Mankame from the post of Company Secretary with effect from 05 December 2017.
