Bhansali Engineering Polymers plans to undertake capacity expansion programme
For estimated capex of Rs 300 crore
Bhansali Engineering Polymers announced that a production capacity expansion programme is proposed to be undertaken by the Company at its ABU Road Plant at Sirohi, Rajasthan to enhance its ABS production capacity from the existing 80 KTPA to 137 KTPA by 31 December, 2018 with the estimated capex of Rs. 300 crore to be funded through internal accruals only.

The expansion programme would chiefly comprise of -
- Augmenting the HRG production capacity from existing 15000 TPA to 35000 TPA at Satnoor plant.
- Expanding SAN production capacity at Abu Road plant from existing 60000 TPA to 100000 TPA
- Extrusion capacity to be expanded at Abu Road by compounding HRG & SAN to manufacture ABS from 80000 TPA to 137000 TPA
