Recommended final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share which is inclusive of Rs 0.50 on the occasion of 25th year of the Company.

Allotment of 7280 equity shares under ESOS. Post this allotment, the company's issued and paid up share capital stands increased to Rs 94.80 crore dividend into 9,48,01,810 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
