Texmaco Rail & Engineering provides update on scheme of amalgamation
Kalindee amalgamates into Texmaco; Scheme becomes effective
Texmaco Rail & Engineering announced that the drawn up order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, which was received by Kalindee on 18 January 2017 has been filed by Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) (Kalindee) with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on 11 February 2017, and the Scheme has become effective in accordance with its terms. Consequent to the filing, Kalindee, post its amalgamation into and with Texmaco, stands dissolved without winding-up and ceases to exist as a Company.
