1. Declared 2nd Interim Dividend of 35% on equity shares of face value of Re.1/-i.e. Rs.0.35 (i.e. 35 paise) per share and the Company has fixed 23 February 2017 as the payout date for payment of Interim Dividend.

Exit offer to the public shareholders of the Company's subsidiary “Sea Lord Containers” at a price of Rs.576.10 per share as determined by an Independent Valuer in accordance with the SEBI Circular dated October 10, 2016 and Section 236 of the Companies Act, 2013.
