ICRA Techno Analytics to be sold to Nihilent Technologies
Shareholders of ICRA have approved the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary ICRA Techno Analytics to Nihilent Technologies. ICTEAS, based in Kolkata, provides information technology and business analytics services to a global client base.
