Outcome of board meeting of Ventura Textiles
Held on 24 August 2016
Ventura Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 August 2016, has considered & approved, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, to issue, offer and allot not exceeding 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) 0% Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures ('OFCDs') of Rs.10/- each to M/s. Sai Creation on private placement basis, at an issue price to be arrived as per Regulation 76 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
