K.P. Energy to hold board meeting
On 15 June 2016
K.P. Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 June 2016, to consider and approve the appointment of SJV & ASSOCIATES, Company Secretaries, as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the "Financial Year 2015-16" in place of resigned Secretarial Auditor Hiren Hasmukh Shah, Practicing Company Secretary and to take note on resignation letter received from the resigned Secretarial Auditor along with No objection Certificate.
