Bal Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 13,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each with a premium of Rs. 52/- per share of the Company on preferential basis to the investors who has exercised the conversion option on 13,00,000 warrants subscribed by them.
With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has enhanced to Rs. 14,17,23,720/- divided into 1,41,72,372 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
