The Depository i.e., Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas had resigned as Depositary vide their letter dated 24 February 2015. The Company has not appointed any Successor Depository and decided to terminate the Deposit Agreement and sought for cancellation/delisting of GDRs from LSE due to lack of liquidity with virtually no trading taking place due to decreasing interest of investors
