Board of Sat Industries allots equity shares on conversion of warrants
At meeting held on 25 February 2016
Sat Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 February 2016 has allotted 59,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 5/- per share on conversion of 59,00,000 warrants.

Consequent to the allotment of equity shares as aforesaid, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from present Rs. 10,00,00,000 divided into 5,00,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 11,18,00,000 divided into 5,59,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
