1. The Board declared Interim Dividend Rs. 0.60 per Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each i.e., 30% for the Financial Year ending on 31 March 2016.
2. Kiran Kumar Shetty has resigned as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 16 January 2016 and Board has accepted the same.
