B A G Films & Media allots equity shares
On conversion of warrants
B A G Films & Media has allotted 94 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each on 14 January 2016 on conversion of 94 lakh warrants to Skyline Tele Media Services of New Delhi at a price of Rs 3.40 per share (including a premium of Rs 1.40 per share).
