With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 9,78,38,415 (9782386 equity shares of Rs. 10 /- each fully paid-up and 2911 partly paid equity shares of Rs.10 /- each, on which Rs. 5/- per share paid-up).
