Hitech Plast gets High Court approval for scheme of merger
On 20 November 2015
Hitech Plast announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has vide its Order dated 20 November 2015 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation for Merger of Subsidiary Company Clear Mipak Packaging Solutions into the Company.
The certified copy of the said Order will be received in due course.
