- Recommendation for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Bonus equity share of Rs 10/- each for every 3 (Three) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each held in the Company. The approval of shareholders for the aforesaid bonus issue shall be obtained through Postal Ballot.
