After due consideration of all the aspects, it was decided by the Board that in terms of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, announced by the SEBI the Company's Equity Shares be delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange and the above said share continued be listed with the BSE, stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals and the investors have access to trade and deal in Company's equity shares across the country.
