Titagarh Wagons allots equity shares
Under QIP issue
Titagarh Wagons announced that in respect of the QIP, the Securities Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2015 has approved the allotment of 15,089,025 equity shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 99.41 per equity share (including share premium of Rs 97.41 per equity shares), aggregating approximately to Rs 150 crore.
