Aksh Optifibre announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. approved the appointment of Devika Raveendran as Independent Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company;
2. accepted the resignation of Chetan Choudhari, from the position of Managing Director and Director on the Board of the Company;
3. appointed Dr. Kailash S Choudhari as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, subject to all necessary statutory approvals.
4. approved capital investment of about Rs. 95 crore for expansion of capacities of Optical fibre cable and FRP Rods.
