Sequent Scientific allots equity shares
Under QIP issue
Sequent Scientific announced that in respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 26 May 2015, has approved allotment of 7,476,635 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 535/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 525/- per share).
