1. Resignation of Yves M.C.M.G Nokerman was accepted effective from 07 May 2015. Nokerman has resigned from the employment of the Vesuvius Group and hence has resigned from all the companies, including Vesuvius India, where he was nominated as a director by the Vesuvius Group.

2. Tanmay Kumar Ganguly has been appointed a Director of the Company effective from 07 May 2015.
